In the "Gen AI+ Smartphone Camera App" project, I focused on revolutionizing mobile photography by integrating advanced AI-powered editing tools directly within the camera application. The goal was to create a seamless and user-friendly experience that enables users to enhance, transform, and generate artistic images effortlessly.
By leveraging an iterative design process, including user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping, I identified key pain points in existing AI-powered editing tools—such as confusing navigation, limited customization, lack of in-app guidance, and slow processing times. Addressing these challenges, I designed a streamlined, intuitive interface that simplifies access to AI-driven creative tools while maintaining professional-level customization.
This project highlights my ability to design for accessibility, usability, and efficiency in creative applications. The resulting design features a refined user flow, interactive tutorials, enhanced feature discoverability, and optimized AI processing, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both casual users and professional creatives.
Through low-fidelity, mid-fidelity, and high-fidelity testing, I refined the interface, improving navigation clarity, input flexibility, and real-time AI-generated results. The final product showcases my expertise in merging advanced AI functionalities with user-centered design, delivering an innovative solution for mobile photography enthusiasts.
